Ordering Prints

You may place an order either by secure online form or by email. 

Secure online form is the best choice for most orders that do not require special handling. The ordering process is integrated into the photo galleries and may be accessed via the "Add to Cart" and "View Cart" buttons. These forms require that your browser accept cookies.  If you have cookies disabled or encounter a problem with the shopping cart, you may use our old order form on which you will need to manually enter the photos you wish to purchase..

Email ordering is the best option if you have an order that requires special handling (cropping, retouching, etc.). Email us the image number or filename you'd like to order along with the print size, quantity,  mailing address, and special instructions, if any, at photos@hickingbotham.com.

Whether you order by email or online form, we'll confirm your order total by email. If you've ordered prints larger than 8x10, we'll check that the image will enlarge clearly to the size you've selected. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us. Please note that the quantity discounts appearing below apply to multiple prints of the same image and size.

Prices are per print for private non commercial use. Contact us for commercial rates. Minimum order amount is $20 before shipping and taxes. Images are cropped slightly to fit enlargement size unless specified otherwise.

Quantity discounts apply to multiple copies of the same image and size.

Digital File Licensing

Digital image files are subject to licensing terms in a manner similar to the license terms of computer software. These terms govern the use of the image and are described in the Use section below.

Single use non commercial: The digital version must be treated as if it were a physical print in that it can be used for one purpose only (e.g. placed on one web site). It may not be copied (other than for backup), duplicated, or distributed in any manner. If you want to use a digital image for more than one purpose, then you'll need to purchase additional licenses (copies).

Digital Proofs

Concerned about the cropping, composition, or color of the final print? Ask for a digital proof to be emailed to you for your approval.

All photos are © Deven Hickingbotham. A copyright is discreetly printed on each photo. Prints and low resolution files may not be duplicated in any way (files may be duplicated for backup purposes only).
